1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of Buylive.app. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement in full.

2. Service Description

Buylive.app enables merchants to generate checkout links for live shopping via social platforms. The platform does not include live-streaming, chatbots, or SKU tracking.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Starter Plan: 29.99€*/monthly or €299*/yearly + 4% commission. (first 30 days free trial)
• Seller Pro: 99.99€*/monthly or €999*/yearly + 3% commission. (+2 months free)

*Price are Exclude VAT.

4. Billing and Payment

All charges are billed weekly via stored credit card. If payment fails, your account may be suspended. Merchants bear third-party transaction fees.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

• Comply with EU law and platform policies.
• Use your own payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Viva, PayPal).
• Manage shipping and customer returns.
• Provide a 14-day EU return policy.
• Keep business/tax info updated.

6. Prohibited Items

Prohibited: adult items, alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, weapons, counterfeit goods. Violations lead to immediate account suspension.

7. License and IP

You retain ownership of content. Buylive.app holds rights to platform code, design, and branding.

8. Privacy

We follow GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

• You may cancel via dashboard at any time.
• All our Plans can be cancel anytime from your account.
• All invoices must be paid prior to termination.
• Unpaid invoices may result in suspension until settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buylive.app is provided "as-is". We’re not liable for losses due to outages, external integrations, or platform changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes fall under Estonian jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update terms without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
